Material Procurement:

§     Create purchase requisitions for ordering material or service upon approval.

§     Material tracking and communication until material is received and verified by coordinators.

§     Maintain primary role as liaison between customer and operations.

§     Delegate interpretations of client specifications and codes.

§     Coordinating shop jobs  with supplies and services required to function optimally in industrial work, contractors, piping equipment maintenance and etc.

Fabshop/Planner

§     Responsible for coordinating and scheduling future jobs using SAP and Tiger.

§     Provide client with accurate man hours and duration per job scope.

§     Assist and analyze in cost control and schedule control of sub-contractors and specific services.

§     Provide strategic plans for maintenance repair shop/field.

§     Assist with production planning and sales forecasting
